Bread and Protein-Free DHA from Martek

Martek Biosciences is producing a protein-free powder form and a bread product, both made from its omega-3 life'sDHA. The powder contains a minimum of 100mg per gram and has no soy or milk protein. Life'sDHA is the only source of DHA used in US infant formula and is available in more than 90 percent of the formulas. The bread, Oroweat 9 Grain, is made by Bimbo Bakeries, which is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
