Cargill Helps China with Food Safety

According to a press release, Cargill is to establish a joint international food safety management-training program with the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ). The program will provide Chinese government officials, academics and business leaders with food safety training. It is part of a global initiative involving Cargill and academic, inter-governmental and non-governmental institutions to better harmonize global food safety systems and standards.
