Honest Tea to Stay in Control

March 1, 2008: 12:00 AM EST
Honest Tea says it will keep control of its board of directors, despite Coca-Cola buying a 40 percent stake, and will continue as an organic producer. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution says the price was $40 million. Honest Tea, with $23 million sales in 2007, has grown 60 percent to 70 percent annually for several years.
