Walgreens Buys Worksite Health Centers

In a press release Walgreen Co. announced it has formed a new Walgreens Health and Wellness division. The pharmacy group has bought two worksite health centers, I-trax Inc., for $278 million in cash, and privately-owned Whole Health Management of Cleveland.
